Become a "Regular"
On The Fly is committed to making life easier for the modern gentleman. We understand his busy schedule, his frequent travel, his expensive tastes, and his belief that he is worthy of special treatment from the businesses that he supports. We understand all of that because we live it too.
At On The Fly, we believe that one of the things that the modern gentleman appreciates most is being recognized as a "Regular". The staff knows his name, his face, his drink, his tastes, if not the names of his spouse, children, his line of work, and his hobbies. In our world, the ultimate symbol of being a good customer is not being "Platinum" or "Premier", but of just being a "Regular" - the customer that new visitors aspire to be.
Our best customers know how we reward them. Our philosophy is based on "customer surprise". Rather than artificial schemes to count points or identify "VIP" customers, we take a very personal approach to rewarding loyalty. And we'll just say that you'll appreciate it most when it comes as a surprise.
We may launch a Rewards Program in the future, and we can assure you that purchases made prior to the launch of the Rewards Program will be included in a customer's points balance so there is no need to delay a purchase.
